What you need to know about becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Once you pass the required RE course and complete the required 63 hrs of classroom education, you are then required to take the State Examination. After you pass this state exam, in order to place your license in active status you must affiliate with a real estate brokerage firm (such as Five Star Realty Group, L.L.C).
